Project Scope

Site work including clearing and grubbing 28-acre site, excavation and preparation of sub grade for 10.5 Million Gallon Ground Storage Tanks, drainage ditches, fine grading seeding and 2750-feet of security fencing.  Construction of 8-acre storm water detention basin including inlet and outlet pipe and cast in place concrete structures, basin bottom concrete drainage channels, and concrete dechlorination basin.  Two 10.25 million gallon precast, prestressed concrete, wire wound Ground Storage Tanks.

Water Lines and Appurtenances including 3,915-feet of welded steel mortar lined pipe 36-inch to 60-inch diameter in open cut trench, twenty-four Butterfly Valves 30-inch to 60-inch in open cut trench, four 30-inch electromagnetic flow meters in cast in place concrete vaults and two 36-inch diameter pressure control valves in a cast in place concrete vault.
