Dallas Streetscape Project

Project Scope

Constructed two 10’x25’x25’ access shafts on Dallas Street. Constructed 825 LF of 48”x48” wood box tunnel intercepting on one end the existing 24” CWS/CWR lines in the intersection of Caroline Street and on the other end constructing a cast in place vault on Fannin Street. Cast in Place Vault was complete with all valves and piping to make tie in to the 18” CWS/CWR lines at the vault location. Installed new 2- 20” epoxy coated, welded CWS/CWR lines in wood box tunnels a distance of 825 LF complete with cathodic protection and grout. Made one 20”x24” TS&V and one 20”x18” TS&V. Constructed a 9’ diameter liner plate shaft 23 ‘ deep and place 8” CWS/CWR thermacor pipe to the basement of the Alessandra Hotel on Dallas Street.
