PLC9 & PLC13 Migration Project

Project Scope

This project includes the phased removal, replacement, installation, and integration of multiple PLC systems and related infrastructure in the PLC9/9A facilities and adjacent MCC buildings. Work includes panel fabrication, cable routing, field installation, system integration with existing equipment, and commissioning support to provide fully tested, operational PLC systems. The project’s objective is to modernize and expand the PLC control infrastructure while maintaining compatibility with existing field terminations, FTBs, MCC interfaces, and inter-building signal routing.
