Project Scope

This emergency project involved the removal and replacement of a collapsed 24-inch sanitary sewer line between manhole SEP012 and manhole SEP013. A total of 415 linear feet of new 24-inch HOBAS pipe was installed. Due to the pipe's depth (35 feet), a deep well dewatering system was required during construction. A bypass system-maintained sewer service throughout the project. Additionally, both existing manholes were rehabilitated due to deterioration, and an asphalt service road to the nearby lift station was rebuilt as part of the site restoration.
