Project Scope

Performed comprehensive 15KV medium voltage electrical infrastructure upgrades at Kroger Distribution, including planning, material procurement, and pad design for new MV switch and transformer installations. Demolished existing rooftop and underground raceways, removed obsolete feeders, and installed new primary and secondary conduits, pull boxes, and supports. Coordinated multiple scheduled outages, temporary power setups, and generator connections to maintain operations. Set and anchored new MV switchgear and PMT, pulled and spliced feeders between manholes, poles, and switchgear, and completed megger testing and Shermco commissioning support. Repaired damaged duct banks, replaced transformers and risers, restored paving and concrete, and resolved unforeseen field conditions to ensure reliable system energization.
