Project Scope

September 2014, Boyer began construction of a new scenic enhancement and landscape development on I-10 Katy Freeway. Special landscape amenities of larger than life bronze geese were installed at Katy Fort Bend Road and Pin Oak Road. Boyer self-performed all the work associated with the retaining wall, monument signs, irrigation, and landscape to highlight the geese. Over 6,300 oleanders were installed from Highway 6 to Pin Oak Road. An additional 10,000 trees were planted within the project limits.
