Biosan Collection System Pipeline Upgrade –Phase 1

Project Scope

Constructed approximately 7000’ of fiberglass pipe (2” thru 42”) and 650’ of stainless steel pipeline including isolation valves, expansion joints, check valves, ph and pressure instrumentation, foundation and supports, autosampler tubing, flow meter, transmitter and associated wiring.  Pipeline installation included 54” x 100’ bore under Union Pacific Railroad, 48” x 350’ bore under Bay Area Boulevard, and 21 MGD bypass pump system.
