Project Scope

Dallas-Salmon Wastewater Treatment Plant (DSWWTP) expansion is a project that expands the capacity from 7.5 million gallons per day to 12 million gallons per day (MGD). Electrical scope consisted of installing a new service with backup generator. New power distribution Switchboard and 3 new Motor Control Centers. Various variable frequency drives and soft starters. New plant wide electrical duct bank system and site lighting. Control scope consisted of a new plant wide fiber optic network. Two new plant system control PLCs. Various new process instruments and a new plant SCADA computer system.
