Project Scope

This project involved installing a 24" ductile iron force main from the main header to the headworks sludge pit, terminating with a Tideflex valve, and including all necessary fittings, thrust blocks, and encasement in cement-stabilized sand at five-foot depth. Two APCO Model 404 air relief valves, a 24" tee with blind flange, and above-ground piping coated with Amercoat ANSI 70 grey were installed. Scope also included removal and restoration of driveway and sidewalk, removal and plugging of existing slide gate and riser, installation of pipe supports, 304 stainless steel hardware with epoxy anchors, daily site cleanup, and full restoration to pre-construction conditions.
