Project Scope

Constructed two 12’ x 25’ access shafts 35’ deep. Constructed 1,253’ of 44” x 66” boxwood tunnel and a 176’ of 48” x 48” boxwood tunnel. Installed 2550’ 24” welded steel chilled water line in 44” x 66” boxwood tunnel and 360’ of 14” pre-insulated steel chilled water line in 48” x 48” boxwood tunnel. Constructed two cast in place concrete valve vaults and all valves and appurtenances; installed 3000’ of 4” ducts with fiber optic lines. Tied in to existing ESDC chilled water lines and installed pipe through basement wall of Chevron Tower.
