Chilled Water & Communication Distribution & Service Lines Along Dallas Street to Serve Houston Pavilions

Constructed two 8’ x 24’ access shafts 34’ deep and 685’ of 48” x 48” boxwood tunnel.  Installed 1500’ of 18” welded steel chilled water line in 48” x 48” boxwood tunnel.  Constructed one cast in place concrete valve vault and one precast concrete valve vault with all valves and appurtenances; installed 1500’ of 4” ducts with fiber optic lines.  Tied into existing ESDC chilled water lines and installed chilled water piping into Houston Pavilions basement.
