Project Scope

Completed full restoration, rebuild, and testing of the RAS Pump Station MCCs and associated equipment following flooding and temporary shutdowns. Work included removing, cleaning, and rebuilding MCC buckets with new starters, overload relays, control transformers, switches, and status lights; installing and energizing VFD cabinets; reconnecting pumps, mixers, clarifiers, and fans; replacing transformers, flow meter transmitters, and 120/240V panels; testing and verifying auto PLC functions and SCADA system integration; correcting wiring and status issues; and reinstalling all control equipment. Temporary power was disconnected, final system functionality confirmed, and site cleanup, debris disposal, and material staging were completed, leaving the facility fully operational and compliant.
