Boyer, Inc. recognizes the adverse effects that the use of illegal drugs and abuse of alcohol can have on employees, our products and services, and the organization as a whole. Our Substance-Free Workplace Program is established to be a benefit for our employees and the public as well as to protect Boyer, Inc.’s property, operations, productivity and public image. It is designed to comply with the requirements of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 controlled substance and alcohol testing regulations and the legal requirements of the states in which we work.

The Substance-Free Workplace Program is applicable to all full-time, part-time, and temporary employees of Boyer, Inc., including its officers, executives, and management personnel. To ensure our goal of operating as a substance-free workplace, while at the same time protecting employees and the public against substance abuse, employees are subject to testing.

Boyer, Inc.’s Substance-Free Workplace Program was adopted, to ensure to the greatest extent possible, that we have a work environment free of the negative effects of drug and alcohol abuse. Our goal is to provide help for those with a substance abuse program while at the same time ensuring that our workplace is operating safely and efficiently.
